Call Control allows you turn on or off call barring on your phone services using a special PIN Code access which is created when you signup for this service. To change the PIN, simply give us a call and give us the new PIN code you would like us to change it to for you.

Using this Service 
To turn off Call Control for all calls

Lift receiver

• Dial #33 PIN # (hash 33 PIN hash)
• Listen to the announcement
• Hang up receiver.

To turn on Call Control for all calls

• Lift receiver
• Dial *33 PIN # (star 33 PIN hash)
• Listen to the announcement
• Hang up receiver.

To check if Call Control is on or off for all calls

• Lift receiver
• Dial *#33 (hash star 33)
• Listen to the announcement
• Hang up receiver.

Costs of Using this Service
This service is charged at the rate of $3.30 per month. Normal call charges will apply.
