Telephone Help - Disconnecting

This is different from a churn, it is the request to have your phone service completely turned off. You will be unable to churn once this is done, a reconnection will need to be done if you wish the phone service to be turned back on. A standard reconnection cost is $70.80.
Usually a disconnection is required if you are moving premises or no longer require a phone service at all. We require 48 hours notice on business working days to process a disconnection. We may be able to process this faster but cannot guarantee it.
