Telephone Help - Handset Maintenance

If you have handset maintenance with another provider and have churned to us, these charges will be transferred to our billing. If you no longer require your handset we recommend you take your handset back to the post office. They will give you a reference for this, you then need to let us know what this is. We can then apply for those charges to be stopped. You will not be refunded for any handset maintenance charges. If you do not have the handset any more please speak with the post office in regards to your options.
